On Monday the 30th of June at 12:00 hours in room 101 at the University square of the University of Iceland, Martin Weitzman professor of Economics at Harvard University will give a lecture on the econmics of climate change.

Dr. Weitzman is on the list of the 200 worlds best economists (IDEAS/RePEc). He was born on april 1. 1942 in New York and completed his doctoral degree in economics from MIT in the year 1967. He has written the books: The Share Economy: Conquering Stagflation and Income and Wealth and the Maximum Principal.

The lecture is open to everyone interested in the subject.
