Ingibjörg Elsa Björnsdóttir is a professional translator, geologist and environmental chemist with 12 years of work experience, translating, consulting and teaching in the environmental field. Ingibjörg Elsa Björnsdóttir also has excellent language skills, knows for instance English and Russian. She is now working on a MA thesis in Translation Studies at the University of Iceland on the writer Vladimir Nabokov and Nabokov´s translations of Eugene Onegin.
